I bid on a Miele vacuum cleaner. I am confused as to how I follow it. I went to "my ebay" and it is still active, I think. If I win, do they contact me? Something about "green and bold" and "red" but none of those colors are on my screen. My seller has excellent ratings, by the way.

If you do in fact win the item, they will email you, or if you are outbid, then they too will email you stating you have been outbid. Good luck!

To follow it, click on the 'my ebay' button, and scroll down and it will be in your 'items I'm bidding on' list. The price in green means that you are winning that item. If the price is in red, someone has over bid you or the reserve has not been met, altho you might have the highest bid. You should see those colours on the 'items I'm bidding on' list. Does this help?

You can also go to the item listing and look at the bids... there is a link that shows the number of bids. When you click on it, it shows who had bid, and who is the highest bidder (so far).
