Hank's cooking leaves a bit to be desired Shoe, LOL, so we went out to eat. DD and I had a wonderful time at the concert. Get this....She made a sign that said "My mom is 54 today". We were only 2 rows from the stage so when he is standing right in front of us, Michelle puts the sign over my head and points to me and folks, Mr. Rod Stewart looks at me and smiles and says....Happy Birthday mum....I was stunned. And you think I'm a fan? There were two people sitting next to us that had flown in from TX for this concert and will attend another tomorrow night in Raleigh before flying back to TX. They have also flown to see him in Scotland and Ireland and this was their 90th concert. Sheesh, and I thought DD and I were groupies.

And one of the BEST birthday gifts??? My granddaughter calling and singing to me...That was the best...Hugs to all...
