I need instructions for a Saltan electric ice cream maker

Model is IC-4 if I am reading this correctly. I got it at the Salvation Army last week but there was no instruction book for it. Does anyone have one that can either copy the booklet or just tell me what I need to do to make ice cream, sorbets, etc. Hubby is diabetic and I need to watch sugar and calories also so this would be nice for us to be able to use. It looks like it makes about a pint or so. Thanks so much for any help anyone can give me.

Perhaps the company can help you out. There are also lots of receipes online. We freeze a lot of yougart in the summertime too. Lots of them are sugarfree.
