How do I "un-watch" threads?

to posts that I am watching. I've looked everywhere.. it probably is right before my eyes and I'm just missing it.

At the top of the thread (in the line just prior to the first green bar) there is a text lik to Watch Thread, if you are watching the thread it will have changed to Unwatch Thread.

thanks Baa!!! that did the trick... couldn't figure out how I was watching all these threads when I knew I didn't click on anything.. weird.
