Where is the chat?

The applet for chat did not come up for me last week and again this week it doesn't come up for me. I click on the chat is open area and get a page that says DG chat (help) but it is mostly empty. Anyone have any idea what is happening to me or is it the Chat itself that is having a problem?

I would have been there if I could get in but no applet comes up and loads it. I just get a page with the normal stuff on the right hand side and the logo and DG Chat (help) at the top. Weird.

I found it after my son installed Java on my machine. I didn't know it had been deleted.
