Brrrrrrrr! COLD Morning.

So.App.Mtns., United States(Zone 5b)

What a surprise when I awakened to 43º this morning... in a very cold house, with all the windows open and only a light cover on the bed, and shiverring. I actually had to turn on the heat (first time in a month), after sweltering in the 80º's yesterday in the garden.

Even my poor tomato plants are all hunkered down!

Knoxville, TN(Zone 7a)

It was cool this morning in Knoxville, but I didn't check to see what the temperature was. I suspect it was in the upper 50's, which was quite pleasant after all that hot weather we have been having.

Hopefully, all your plants will perk back up once it warms up a bit today.

Kylertown, PA(Zone 5b)

I fear we are online to have a similar summer this year that we had lastyear.

Up until now it has been wet, but it has also been warm. Now it's just cold and wet. :-(

Newark, OH(Zone 5b)

I think it was around 52 when I took the dogs out at 4am. A might bit chilly!

Milo, IA(Zone 5a)

It's cold here too. DH is even wearing sweats and a jacket. Very odd for him this time of year. No sun at all.

Northport, ME(Zone 5b)

Yesterday it got up to 58 in Houlton, and that was the warmest in the state. (Houlton, end of I-95, almost Canada) Today colder and rain.

Moose Jaw, SK(Zone 3b)

We were WARM today!!!! We've been so cool and so wet it was such a treat...I know our forecast is for a cooler and wetter summer. I hope that means temps in the eighties, last summer we were at 100 and over for a month and with nights that stayed almost that hot (that really stunk because we don't have air conditioning in our house)!! :b

Oostburg, WI(Zone 5b)

Moose Jaw, SK(Zone 3b)
