Ginger, check on that grant! If you have a lot of them you could be rich!
Betsy is such a mixture of doggies I really don't what she if. She is small compared to your DOGS! Only about 25 pounds and I know she has some chow in her, black spotted tongue and curled tail. I think some doxie and beagle too, what a combo!
She is a clown, keeps me laughing and on my toes!

Thought I would bump this thread up. It certainly shows what fun Stacey was to be with and the zest and joy she had for life!! Although we didn't spend that much time together, I sure miss her and her hugs. I'm so proud to have been able to call her friend.

I haven't been at DG in some time, really since all the brouhaha when it was sold, but am re-subscribed and trying to do a little catching up. It was great seeing this thread. Howie and I loved this couple.

Did you know Stacey's DH Paul is now fighting cancer himself? It's stage 4 melanoma and untreatable. :( He is on his way back home to his family in Oregon with his sister, traveling cross country and seeing old friends along the way. He's trying to raise money to help with medical expenses as he has no health insurance. Hey Kimberly...I was surprised when I saw this thread pop up again. It's so sad to hear about Paul. He was such a rock for Stacey. Wish I could help other then to keep him in my thoughts.
