PDB: Country Pull Down menu

Dave, I don't know if you're aware... but the pull down menu for country doesn't appear to be working for the PDB sign up page. Several people have written to the HD about it.

I also don't think the PDB forum/ DG side of the PDB forum are working right. If someone comments on a photo through the PDB... shouldn't it go to the top of the page in the DG forum too?

I commented on one of Terry's pictures last night and it's nowhere in sight on the DG forum.

On the country pulldown issue. sigh. Dave fixed it about a week ago, but it's still not working properly; hence the messages in the PDB queue. It's on his list of to-do's (crossing my fingers and toes here...)

About my image. It is most definitely misnamed - thanks ;o)

The reason your comment didn't move it to the top of the list is yet another bugaboo: it was among the images I set to release one day in advance, which means it was "officially" released on May 25, 12:34 pm. However, you were able to see and comment on it 22 hours before then (5/24/2004, 2:45 pm.) Obviously, there are still some problems with releasing images in advance; fortunately I don't often need it or use it. It needs to go back to the drawing boards, too. Dave's list of to-do's just keeps growing...

I can at least move the image to its rightful home. (My only excuse is that I bought Altnernanthera seeds earlier this year, then picked up the Strobilanthes plant because that's what I was really wanting anyway ;o)
