Right now she could not get in DG or open any websites.
The Mozilla or the Internet Explorer won't open so only she can use check emails.

Anyone can help her what is the problems???

I don't know what the problem was but it was alot of the sites would not open or when they did it was slow, so maybe it's not her computer. Let's hope. LMK if she is still having problem.

There was a problem here earlier today but, Seemsto be working fine now.

I am having a problem w/ Internet Explorer...Grrrrr....seems all I can get are pop ups?

Yes she still has problem with and waiting for her to reply me back email. She is not too happy right now so frustrated.

She said if can't do it herself and will do shut down to remove the hard drive all out to reinstall all over again and not sure if she did it or not so,as soon I get hear from her and will
