Homemade misting system?

I am gonna cross post this in a few forums to get more suggestions.

I want to make a homemade misting sytem for my future Grotto. How can I do this cheaply? They cost WAY too much for me to buy an already made one.
I'll want a very very fine mist- not a gushing flow,.
You know how Scotland looks early in the morning with the mist through the trees? This is the effect I want. :-D.
(on smaller scale no doubt,lol.)

You might look at Lowes I seen some that might do what you want. They are the low pressure ones. http://www.lowes.com/lkn?action=productList&catalogId=MISTERS

I was thinking about getting them for my little green house...

How are your lotus? See any sprouts?

NO sprouts yet! (looks quickly)- NO! :-( Hope I didnt kill them!
I have been changing the water daily and using warm water and shaking it and begging it to sprout!
LOL- man this is getting me on edge.
What kind are they?
