Hey hi,
I still don't see the difference between visitors/members/subscribers spelled out for the uninitiated. (It's mostly there, but woven through the tour text.) Dave you are not very pushy (which is just fine, love you the way you are!) with your last little message way at the bottom, but I'm speaking as someone who missed out on fourteen months of DG because *I* missed the subtle clues/links from the PDB.

I suggest:

Your Welcome to Dave's Garden (as is) THEN
"[of our features] VISITORS can access a-b-c...
"in addition to these, MEMBERS can blah-blah...
"and for a very modest sum, SUBSCRIBERS are able to yada-yada-ya..."
in a brief paragraph, maybe a bulleted list, *above* the full tour descriptions with links.

PS, I love that my bookmark now brings up Watched Forums with the GREAT addition of Followed Threads With New Entries at the top (instead of having to go separately to my Member Page, click followed threads, scan for new "YESes"). Thanks for slipping that in!
