daylily request

Franklin, LA(Zone 9b)

i hate to ask for something, as i know it's really a pain to have to go through and check each and every daylily
but it's been bugging the heck out of me
every time i come across a daylily with midribs..
shouldnt we have a box to tick for "midribs" under color patterns?

Does the AHS capture this information in their descriptions of Hems? (Or, to ask it another way) would many people want to search for all daylilies with midribs?

Forgive the simple nature of my questions - I have a good long bed of daylilies, but I wouldn't consider myself an expert on them, and certainly not approaching the collector/hybridizer level.)

lol
well i was ticking boxes in the pdb last night (fixing to start doing that again..) and there are lots of them with a description like "lavender/rose blend, darker eyezone, cream midrib, green throat"
and there is a box to tick for blend and eyezone.. but not midribs
i personally think the ones with the diff color midribs are really pretty, and if the option were there, i could see myself searching for daylilies with midribs...
but i can't say if it's something other people would be interested in

I agree with kitty (even tho she is my DD). I like midribs, I look for midribs ... but my tastes don't usually reflect the norm.
