Who is that man standing so close to the gator? Someone you know or what??? He seems alittle close...actually too close for comfort!

Tellico Plains, TN(Zone 7b)

Dat crocagator is smackin' his lips and thinking of drumsticks for a snack . lol

Crossville, TN(Zone 7a)

Awe- I used ta have a pet gator.
Not so cute when they are ripping your arm off though..... :-))
Feeding gators is illegal I believe, as well as stupid.:-|
It might seem really sweet to that lady that these huge beasts eat her food, but they could just as easily eat her, or her grandkids.
I'd call Fish and Game, report her and see if they can relocate the big ones.

The guy was a zoo worker, he was raking up the leaves for the new little female's nest. The big gator is very very old and he said the eggs night not even be fertile. (see her right under the water in front of him!!!)

San Jose, CA(Zone 9a)

yes, I see her now!

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

Well, the big momma gator was ON THE BANK beside my brugs!! I got out of there fast! I am calling Fish and Wildlife Monday, to see if they will come relocate both of the big ones. If not, one of the gator relocators(Texas' version of Crockadile Dundee, lol) lives across the resaca from me and I'll see if he will talk to them. He might get permission to move them.
The neighbors have told this woman how stupid it is to feed gators, but I don't think she was listening.
Forgot to say: Mary, your seedlings are gorgeous! You are doing much better than I am with those crosses!
