So as I was driving through a local town taking a box to the post office for CoCo you'll never guess what it started to do. SNOW!! Those great big fat flakes! Sure...I love snow....in Dec, Jan, Feb, and I'll even accept March. Matter of fact, I'll even **tapping my foot** take alittle the beginning of April. But it's almost May for goodness sake. And it's gonna snow more here any minute! I have seeds, a few brugs, and my teeney tiny lotus's started in my little greenhouse which doesn't have any heat. *sigh* Cross you fingers I don't loose everything.

Alright, enough already! :(
We might have frost tonight. I have lots of things on my deck to bring in. :-(
Yep, your right, it was snowing, as I was covering hundreds of hosta plants, dragging in things that have been out for a couple of weeks now. This weather is crazy, but thank God it's only going to last one night, then back up into the seventies. I'll say a prayer for your brugs tonight, but they should be ok in the greenhouse. Cathy
Isn't the weather just grand in western PA y'all?!
Got a few flakes around here too today. I havn't had time to do any planting yet *sigh* with finals in session till the end of next week. I did have to bring some containers indoors though.

We had flurries again yesterday evening at home. And yes,,,,a good frost. My little greenhouse was completely covered with ice.
Snowflakes are sailing past my window this morning, the temperature is 30 and the wind is blowing. Yesterday was very nice, sunny, calm until late in the afternoon and about 70, then this cold front blasted in overnight. Spring is here but winter keeps having relapses.
snow n rain here right now-but yesterday there were places in Mich that got an inch of snow-not me though! :)
I had just planted all my new daylilies and took my daylily seedlings from the garage to outside and tootsie stop by and told me it was going to snow-sigh-covered the newly planted DL's with straw and hauled all the babies back to the garage-why do i make myself work so hard-oh yeah its Michigan and the weather here changes several times a day!!! ;)
last frost date may 15 here!!!
Yep, scheduled for some here Friday, got 8 inches or so last Friday. Not only do I have to cover everything, but also go out and knock the heavy wet stuff off of the tree branches and lilacs onto my head! Insult to injury.
yeah and my poor apricot trees were all in bloom!!! :( going to be a poor season for them!!!
Must be all that Global Warming....
Ha!! you silly woman you.... LOL
Absolutely gorgeous today! No planting though, laundry day.
TC...
We did not have snow-got down to 28 at night then a few days later-it was up in the 80s-then 50's etc. Getting to be typical WI spring. Hoping for needed rain tonight.
Snowing again here. I know we need the moisture but does it HAVE to be white??
It snowed this morning. No joke. I'm not kidding. I'm also not happy about it. It turned out to be an ok day but, again, it snowed this morning.
