Search members, easy?

Now there are close to 93,000 members, it may be time to add a 'search member' button. Because I have found it difficult to locate a couple of members when I wanted to visit their homepage. In some first letters of their screen-names, there are more than 50 pages of list and it is not alphetically arranged and that makes it difficult to scroll all pages. This may be a problem esp. when someone does not visit the forums regularly but are listed in Garden Watchdog. From there, it is not possible to get hooked to their homepage. I was just thinking is there any easy way to provide this facility for the users?

This is already available:

Click on "Memberlist".

scroll to the bottom of the next page and you'll see a "Jump to a user" form. Does that work?

Dave-it would be nice if that form was at the top of the page or at least one of the top searching options. I never use the other Memberlist features, only the lookup a specific user name. Well...ok...that's not fully truthful. On occasion I do look for members in my zone or state.

Thanks Dave, that's great. I only knew it was at the bottom before strictly by accident (or nosiness, if you will, checking out WHAT was at the end of the page lol)
