Afterward,I was thinking of you, and praying everything would go well with you also.

You must have sent me very good vibes! It was a quick and easy birth and I was back home six hours later. LOL I hope things went as well for your daughter. :)

Things went very well, praise God!
Heather has her babies at home (with a midwife in attendence). Her labor started about 6:30 in the AM. She called me at work about 10:00, and I got to her house about 11:00. She was napping, so I fixed lunch for the four of us (Heather, Al, me, and the midwife) About 1:20 we decided to go for a little walk. Walked up to the corral to see her horses, Heather stopping to lean on me when she had a contraction. Her water broke on the way back to the house. By the time we got back to the house and Heater got out of her wet things,she was having major contractions. Al and the midwife had to lift her into the tub. (She had a water birth, second time.) Joy was born 20 minuites later.
It was an awsome experience.

I'm so glad to hear it and jealous too! You have to pay cash for a homebirth around here and it's $$$. Insurance won't touch it at all. She and I were in labor about the same time. LOL Thank goodness mine went a lot quicker, but it was number six too. :) Congrats to you!
