COURT WAS WEDNESDAY. THE CASE IS CLOSED AND NO LEIN ON THE PROPERTY. WE ENDED UP HAVING TO PAY $2085 FROM THIS ORDEAL BUT AS LONG AS WE PAY ON IT MONTHLY ($100 MONTHLY) WE ARE OK. IT IS GOING TO BE HARD BUT GOD HAS NEVER LET US DOWN YET. THANK YOU ALL FOR BEING HERE FOR ME DURING THIS ORDEAL. I LOVE YOU ALL

IT IS FINALLY OVER
Dear jcf, PTL!!!!!!! I am so glad you posted b/c I was wondering how it was going. I am very sorry you have to pay so much money, but I hope you and your family can get on with your lives.
God bless you !!!
Oh, GOOD! I'm so glad they're going to let you continue to make payments. And, like you said, it is finally OVER. What a relief for you and your family! And it's a fresh start, too. Did you take before and after shots?
Jcf, I've been following your thread, and marveling at how you manage o do all the things you do, while dealing with so much adversity.
I hope you will be able to slow down from the rush of working in your yard. And I'm so happy that this problem is finally resolved for you, at least better than it could have been.
May God continue to bless you and provide you with a much deserved breather! OK, you can go out for fun gardening, just not work.
Judith
when the judge said case closed i wanted to jump for joy. thanks for all the support
Well Janet, look at it this way. There was probably a lot of things you wanted to get rid of anyhow and what a big, big undertaking on your own. While it did cost you over $2000, I believe it would have cost much more if you had hired (on your own) people to come in and clean up for you.
If I were you, I'd be looking around and saying "Now I can plant such and such there, and do this with piece over there, etc." :) I'm sorry about your asparagus bed though. Perhaps some will be left and volunteer up next year, wouldn't that be a treat?
Glad it is over for you. Now enjoy yourself and relax. Happy Day, Kathy :)
