Anyone heard from badseed?

Just wondering because I haven't seen her on here or heard from her. Since that baby's due anytime now I was just wondering. :)

I had an email from her yesterday afternoon. As she says, she's "still preggers" LOL.

You know, I'd like to say a funny little joke is being played on me by my body. BUT IT IS NOT FUNNY! LOL First four babies were *two weeks late* and the last one was was *two weeks early*. So I am sitting here thinking how many pregnancies I have been through and how much older I am than the one before and the one before that. I was pretty darn certain this one would come early too. Well, I am 5 days away from being 40 weeks/full term and still quite pregnant! I think I was stupid. I listened to all the comments about being huge, no way of making it to the due date, there must be more than one, etc. I was as convinced as anyone. Surely this won't be another late one??? :) I know there are alternatives to go into labor faster, but I have always let nature take it's course.

That's so funny! Sounds like some conspiracy theory chain letter, LOL! Are we going to find this on Snopes.com some day when it's forwarded to support some bizarre story about children born in Maryland? ;D

Chele bet you this one will show up on your due date just to through you off. lol I hope you have that kid soon, that way you can plant all your stuff. :)

Hi Ann, sorry I have not replied to your mail. It's been a crazy day! By the looks of things, the wheels are in motion. I don't think it will be the next couple of hours but I'm thinking and April Fools Day baby. Woe is me! How could some people here wish that on me?? Even my own hubby did it! :)

LOL, you knew that it would be tomorrow or the due date just to make life hard. I just posted in General Discussion, at least you don't have jury duty to boot.

I always get out of jury duty because I am either pregnant or nursing. LOL Then, because my husband is the primary bread earner, I get out of it because of financial burden. He can't hardly miss work so I can do jury duty and his work won't pay him to sit at home. Darn shame. I do feel like I am taking the easy way out, but it would be a real pain and pretty much un-doable for us. He has been called a few times though and he has gone.

Well I think it stinks big time. I'm not sure if I will get paid to go or not. Problem being where I work it put a strain if someone is out. I work with behavior kids and just not having 1 person in our class can be a big problem if 2 of our kids go off at the same time. Worse if the one kid just does because he's super strong and it can take up to 5 people to help hold him. I wonder if they'd let me out based on that, or maybe I should say I'm expecting. LOL I am the only person who works in my household. I can't afford to be paid $15 bucks for a day of just sitting around. Now if it's $15 bucks an hour then I'd say sign me up. LOL

Badseed, you wouldn't be setting us up for an April fools joke would you? LOL....
Just kidding... I'm sure you're getting pretty tired by now. Hope you have her tomorrow, it's my grandson's 6th birthday.

I didn't want to say anything about you being a single parent or the only one with an income. LOL But, since you did...you could probably get out of it based on that. Or heck, maybe go and they won't need you. I guess you could always be really crass and get sent home. ;)

See Chele other people have b-day's on April Fools day. Although ginlyn does bring up a good point about setting up a good April Fools gag to get us all.

Geez, I forgot it was April Fool's Day tomorrow. ;b Well, it's almost midnight and I am wondering if Badseed has gone to the hospital.....we are all anxious for this little one.

Nope. I'm still home. It is looking like it will be any time. I'm still giving my hubby a hard time about saying she would come today. LOL

As for being born on April 1st....I still remember a guy I went to high school with, his name, what he looked like, where he lived, his sense of humor and what he had to go through every birthday. Yeah, we'd get through that too. :)
