won't allow me enter my DG name

I tried couple times when I posted their post it won't allow me enter my DG name, don't understand why?

Once you are logged in, you don't have to re-login. Just post away like you did in this thread.

Or, perhaps I'm misunderstanding the problem?

maybe it's a case sensitive thing? When I log in, I have to use a capital "K" and the rest lower case.

Terry, a while back Red Rose had to go to the library or someplace to come to Daves because of her own computer being down. Maybe she is having this problem from someplace other than at home. Just thought I'd add this in case it would help with solving her problem.
