copy and paste?

Am I doing something wrong or is it the system? All of a sudden today, I cannot copy the site address so I can paste it in an email or another forum. Is it me? I just learned how to do that 2 weeks ago and now it's not working anymore for me.

Molly, I'm not sure exactly how you're copying and pasting addresses, but here goes: I've found that if I use my right-hand button and click once in the middle of the address, the whole thing will highlight and a drop-down list allows me to select "copy" (then when I've found where I want to paste the address, I right-click again, and choose "paste")

If I try to manually highlight by dragging my mouse across the address, I don't always get the whole thing.

If only part of the address highlights (no matter how you do it), try moving your mouse to somewhere within the page that isn't a hyperlink and click once. The partial highlight mess in the browser window will disappear. Then go back and click again within the address link to make sure it's all highlighted.

Thanks Terry, Gardenwife taught me to click on the address block to highlight, go to the edit button drop down and click on copy, then go over to the place I want to put it, place curser on the line where I want it to go and then click the edit again and click on paste. That worked until this morning.

But your way works too, so I'll use it.
