Wishing

Due to an injury,I am not able to go plant hunting:(
I have 3 wishes-to buy:
Ipomoea batatas 'Ivory Jewel'
Rose 'Dainty Bess'
Heuchera 'Monet'
Will pay for plants plus cost of postage.

CC, I have only seen photos of Ivory Jewel and Monet. They are both beautiful and I can see why you are looking for them. I'll keep an eye out for them - we have one nursery here that carries unusual plants, but the good stuff gets gone quickly.

Colie, I'd missed you around here -- are you okay? How many of each of those plants are you wanting, and are you wanting seedling size?

I had posted on another garden site about wanting water plants and got a friendly reminder from that webmaster that I was being unfair to other traders-I was offering trades not asking to be given plants.I think someone must have took offense about me asking for trades and the fact that I can't go looking for plants because of my injury and reported me-so if I have offened anyone here I'm sorry.

CC, I wish I still had my Dainty Bess-it went the way of most of my roses in WI winters--will keep a note of the ones you are looking for-please get well.

Offended? are you kidding? I think most everyone here would be glad to be the one to spot these for you! I'll keep my eyes open too but we're so late getting going up here, I would guess somebody will beat me to it! :)

Colie-I have your Heuchera 'Monet' and 'Dainty Bess' covered. You should receive them the first week of April. No luck on the 'Ivory Jewel'. Hugs, Brenda
