Have you tried Blue Bell Mardi Gras ice cream??? My sis told me about it and I went to Wal-Mart and bought one.. I tried. Oh it was so good. It's purple with green swirl with candy sprinkle.

I just had to tell you that (while talking about ice cream), Baskin Robins has Eggnog Ice Cream for the month of December.. and it is like heaven..

Sure wish that I could taste the Blue Bell Mardi Gras ice cream. My sister-in-law lives out there in New Orleans, will let her know to go get some.

The Mardi Gras ice cream are Almond flavored ice cream with Amaretto Sauce and Candy Sprinkles. It come in half gallon. The case is color Purple around and top. IT taste like a wedding cake.

OH, they used to have watermelon icecream in the summer. Don't know if they still do (that was in New Mexico 30 years ago). I buy the eggnog ice cream starting at the end of November by the quart and freeze it.. then pull it out little by little during the year..
