My husband just told me to plan a weekend get away, one that has snow on the ground, or maybe a festival, can't find any festivals. anybody got any ideas where we can go that has snow on the ground, with not alot of driving distance, some good tourist attraction? it will be a sat and sun thing, so we don't want to travel too far, 5 or 6 hrs max.

Yes, I just went to the chamber of commerce got some information, I don't think it's snowing anywhere in arkansas though LOL I think he's going to have to settle for a weekend getaway anywhere. LOL

Hi, anything going on in Flagstaff/ I enjoyed my visit there, also the animal shelter that support is near Angel Canyon (Kanab) Utah-the photos in the magazine look lovely. I am not sure about the winter in either though.
