Do you mean I have to put every seed and plant I want in the right topic in the trade want forum? Is there someone out there that I can send seeds and or a plant to do this for me? Thanks, Jody

Jody, I'm guessing you're talking about your tradelist (the forums are simply "seed trading" and "plant trading" unless you're from Canada or elsewhere - there are special trading forums for our non-US members)

As for the tradelists, the world is divided into two kinds of people (well, more than that but...)

1. Those who have a place for everything, and put everything in its place; and
2. Those who don't and/or don't

If you want to be really organized, you can list your seeds and plants in the proper categories. Dave has set up the default lists to help those who want to take that approach.

However, if you just want to list your wants/haves all in one spot, you can do that, too - just click on one of the main headings ("Plants" or "Seeds") and add all your stuff in one big list.

I *would* encourage you to try to add the scientific/botanical name for each plant - many folks look for plants by the scientific name and it avoids any confusion over regionalized common names (a buttercup to you may be something totally different to me and vice-versa.)

You can always look for the botanical name by doing a search in the Plants Database by the common name ;o)
