No Newsletter

Oostburg, WI(Zone 5b)

I'm wondering why I haven't gotten the newsletter since Fri. I checked the member page and it is still checked on the receive newsletter. Is there something else I should check? Thanks, Laura

Palmyra, IL(Zone 5b)

I signed up and have never gotten one. Thanks, Jody

Laura,

I checked the mail logs... Juno is refusing to accept mail from me to you. They are bouncing your mail back to me with a fatal error, so there is nothing I can do. Please copy and paste the message below to the helpdesk for your ISP and tell them to fix your mail.

If they need any help figuring our how to fix their mail, feel free to let them contact me at dave@standardout.com.

best,
dave

jlconno,

AOL refused to deliver your mail, too. Just super.

Done. Thanks, dave.

jlconno,

I have worked it out with AOL and tomorrow's newsletter should be received without any trouble. If you don't get it tomorrow, please let me know.

For some reason, I've stopped getting my newsletter on a regular basis also.

etexbill who is your isp?

Lindale, TX(Zone 8a)

cox-internet.com

Okay, who didn't get it this morning?

Oostburg, WI(Zone 5b)

Hurrah!! Mine's here!

Lindale, TX(Zone 8a)

I didn't get mine.

Bill,

Mail is being sent to you and your ISP is accepting it, but they are not delivering it to you.

Forward this to your ISP:

Feb 17 03:02:49 yucca sendmail[32051]: i1H82dxL032049: to=, delay=00:00:10, xdelay=00:00:10, mailer=esmtp, pri=30664, relay=mta.cox-internet.com. [66.76.61.70], dsn=2.0.0, stat=Sent (i1H82oXv007394 Message accepted for delivery)

Send that to them and tell them that the mail wasn't delivered to your inbox. They should fix it.

best,
dave

Bummer, no newletter today! Is it the same problem on my end? My computer was doing funky things last night and hardly anything would open.

kooger, it was sent to you and did not bounce. Your ISP accepted it for delivery.

Ok, thanks, Dave. I will look into it on this end. (Better check with the kids first, make sure no one deleted it accidently!)

Yesterday's newsletter and today's both arrived this morning. I had some sort of glitch b/c Customer Service had me unplug the modem, turn off machine, plug in modem, turn on machine and everything worked again. Yipee!!
