I can't say I remember any of the halftime shows. Guess I was more into the football. Halftime always = snack time.

Hillsboro, OH(Zone 6a)

LOL Our local radio has had a commercial saying people go to Super Bowl parties for:

1) the food
2) the commercials
3) half time show or game itself

I like to go to games but just don't enjoy watching them on tv.

Tellico Plains, TN(Zone 7b)

I really don't like wasting so much time to watch a game. Gimme the last five minutes and I'm happy. But I will watch half time at the big bowls, and listen to the commentators at half time on the regular games......that is ''if'' I'm home because there was nothing better to do.
To me living life beats sittin' & Watchin' 'da tube :-D
Eh!

LOL We accidentally caught the last one minute and four seconds of the game, which actually lasted about 15 minutes. Hubby was waiting for Survivor to come on. Sigh.

Bay City, MI(Zone 6a)

mine was when Michael Jackson did the halftime show!!!
I loved MJ since he was a lil guy!

Tellico Plains, TN(Zone 7b)

Yeah , that was a good one too, I also have always liked MJ, entertainer superb!

Ummm, not this year - rather tacky, but so were the commercials. Usually it's the "beer bowl" (and they're often rather clever) - but this year it was the "boner bowl".

Tellico Plains, TN(Zone 7b)

(((sbarr ))) ;~P
Yup, it all stunk, except for the last 20 minutes or so.

For once the game was better than the commercials and halftime show. The game was a bit slow early on, but the teams were well matched and the game was easy to follow.

And after all of those commercials, who wants to build a tire swing in their yard???? *groan*
