After the grandkids scared them to death during the holidays. Took pics of them with the flash camera,they are finally back to singing and saying "sweet".
Ahhhh.......peace and quiet once again! Nothing like it.

Your gardens are gorgeous! I was tempted to plant a few passifloras here in the gardens and let them ramble thru the brugs and bananas, but it never freezes and I was afraid they would take over. I may have to try it anyway after seeing your gardens!

Wish I lived closer, I'd be over with my shovel in the fall, for sure. Then if I could sneak a cat and a bird into my truck, I'd be set. Great pictures Don. I enjoyed my trip into your gardens.
Well Tman, I figure if I plant myself about half way betwen you and the the Doc, I'd be well set for plants anyway. LOL How can you boys be in the same zone as me and you have THOSE plants while I have a few of those and everything else is just perennials!

Very pretty Brug! I think Root is right though, no chance of me driving there in the snow. LOL You'd be lucky to get me to drive that far in good weather. ;) I have gotten more brave since buying the Sub though.
Two weeks now, we have had ice/sleet/freezing rain, then 4" of snow. Boy, am I ever ready for spring!
Enjoyed your pics of BOP, gee, and that could have been mine? Can't remember what I had that was a big plant and had never bloomed? I think night blooming Cereous? It still has never bloomed, think it is close to 10 yrs. old.
