Whilst I was still in bed this morning my three children together came and sang Happy birthday to me. Made me feel like the luckiest mummy in the world!:)

Got some lovely cards and pressies but dh says my main present is being delivered tomorrow. I have no idea what it is other than I will love it and use it alot!! I am intrigued!! :)

Oh wow!! A huge thankyou to everyone who posted here and for all the private best wishes. You have certainly helped to make my day feel very special.
To compensate for not being able to get out with my camera because of bad weather I went to the garden centre instead! Spend far too much money but hey birthdays are only once a year right !! ;)

Got a nice suprise too when I came out of the gc. Found a rare goose in the field next to the gc. A bar headed Goose grazing with a flock of canada geese. This was probably an escaped bird as they are native to Russia and China but it was lovely all the same. Natually I had my camera with me (see below)

as for the main gift. It is 9.46am and I am still waiting.....

Here he is grazing with the other Canada Geese. It just goes to show that you can find unusual or rare birds in the most unlikely and unexpected places.
