Finally! I have been offline for a week which my computer, etc.. was unhooked and moved due working putting creamic tiles in floor in kitchen. The floors are done!!! I just brought my cpu desk from old trailer and put it together and set up my cpu etc.. and running it. Now My computer is in kitchen that I can sit and view the large window of back yard where the garden will be. NOw I need to go and buy some birdfoods and put some in the feeders.

It drove me crazy being not on the cpu for a week. Glad I am back! Now I know I can't live without being on the online!

I will be back and post some new pictures soon! I have been playing with my new camera Canon. I love it.

You all take care..

I've been wondering where you were. I'm so glad you are finally in the new house.

Tricia, I know you're going to love looking out that big window as your work on the computer. Hope that you enjoy every minute in your new house.

Yes, I love my new house! IT's almost done! Left things to do is to add the door frames, window frames, molding (trim) on bottoms of all walls and some retouch paints on the walls. It's feel so much different here cause here, it is lots of spaces. At my old home, it was so crowd. There's lots of spaces that I can buy some extra houseplants! :o) Lots of big windows.(save $$ on electric lights) in daytime!

With our new house.. there's no house notes!!!! We paid by cash to cash! Forget about house notes! Our land is almost paid off.

With my kitchen, it's going to be theme (Grapevines). I am trying to find and collect any purple cups, glasses, plates, decorates. I have found some fake rubber grapes at Walmart. I am going to save $$ to buy several and buy some grape vines and decorate it on top of the cabients. I think, it will look pretty. I have some cross stitches of grapes etc.. SO I need to work on it and hang it on the wall. The wall color is almost as sage but very light and have touch of tan mix with little touch of sage(green).

Now Next the major work is we will need to order lots of loads of dirts to fill around the house and start do the landcape around in the spring. I can't wait for house to be completed and we can settle down and enjoy our new house.

The Sage walls and Grape theme sounds wonderful! And not having to worry about a note is a real blessing too.

Hi Mini, glad you're back. As you know we are all gluttons for pics of your house, kids,(2legged and 4 legged) and you. Already ordered stuff from Gurney's for next years garden. Hard to think spring at 17 below. Furnace shut off at 3AM this morning. Running now. Added lots of Kero. So cold. Can I move south? Frank

hello Tricia, I'm pretty new here but read your thread and wondered if you've seen those grape cluster stamps that you can do a border with. I've seen them at hobby lobby and wallyworld. just an idea! :)

Oh, Tricia, you're really in the home stretch now -- great! I want to see pictures, too! :)

Gee, all us poor people freezing our patooties off up north ought to send our tender plants to her in the mail and let her winter them in that big new house of hers...

How great it will be for you to not have a house note! :) And I have to say that putting my birdfeeders outside the window where I sit at the computer is one of my favorite things I did at my house. I even took the screen off that window so I could see better and take pictures while I DG.
