Happy for you Darius - hope all goes smooth with the closing. Hope you find you new dream house soon. This is a great time to be moving, you can soon see what will be coming up in your new digs.

We had to wait 9 mos to get our home in Fl sold, making 2 payments was not fun.

I am so happy for you and know that you will make your new home a place to love in no time. When one gets a little older, it is nice to downsize a bit as it just isn't as easy keeping up a large home and garden. I know that you will love working on making your new home a show case even though it will be smaller. My DH is always threatening to cement everything over and also to use astro turf to make our work easier. Not a bad idea sometimes when we are weary to the bone with yard work.
