Super Bowl picks

hehehe...guess no tar and feathers in my future! I just love the Super Bowl commercials.

The only reasons I'm at all interested in the Super Bowl this year are (1) the commercials, (2) Survivor All-Stars premieres right after the game and (3) our friends will be here watching, too.

Chances of predicting the super bowl winner will be twice as great after today.

sooo GW how IS it that you can spell Favre if you don't follow the games? (for the TRUE football dissidents, Brett Favre is the Quarterback of the Green Bay Packers and the last name is pronounced FARve not fav-ree).Oh and speaking of TRUE, who else thinks the Bud ads are Dumb?

Well two Lagrange High School players will be showing their stuff. Tyron Poole and Walt Harris. Harris for the Colts and Poole for the Pats. Walt played on the 1991 State and National team from Lagrange and Tyron passed his senior year up that year and only ran track later playing clooege ball at Fort Valley State and being a first round draft pick. I say the Colts and Carolina in the Super bowl and Colts take all.

I've seen commercials and been semi-conscious when Howie's had games on, KKD. That's all. :)

Well the COLT'S are out and the PATS are waiting for the

EAGLES AND PANTHER'S to knock each other around for 3

hour's or so to see who they will play in the BIG GAME!!!!!



So where are all you FOOTBALL fan's????

Who will it be the EAGLES or the PANTHER'S???????

By the way I just LOVE the commercials too!!

Its Carolina. I just tossed my coin and it came up tails, what more do you need? Two ex GIANTS defensive co-ordinators at the helms.Maybe you'll actually have to watch the second half of this Super Bowl to see who wins.

My personal Bowl pick is a snazzy cobalt blue number I picked up at a gift shop and is truly a Super Bowl. OOPS.. you meant the Football Super Bowl ... never mind... I'll go away now.

I'm going for the Panthers too. I like Steven Davis from his Redskins days. I just though no one was posting anymore on this thread. Somehow it got taken off my watch list.

I'll go with Carolina also. A good defense usually comes out on top and they have an awesome defense.

I have nothing to root for they sold my team years ago to another city but I guess that did'nt matter Jonny U my hero was gone by then submarined by Earl the pearl.

Next seattle gets a team and I have to suffer through 25 years of them being a young team. I now refer to them as the Seattle Seasuckers and rarely watch them anymore.Ernie

Time for you to watch a good team again, Ernie. Da Panthers are a fairly new team and have quickly risen to the cream of the crop. It could be exciting for you!

Heck, I very seldom follow the teams much...but with this years selections you gotta pick one to root for! The panthers are strutting but not screeching/bragging...it's bound to be a good game! (Please let us hope they don't whomp their opponents in the first half and cause a run-away game! We need a better game than that!)

That sounds like fun shoe. I'll have my laptop in the living room. I like to look up stats and such while watching the game. So you can always get me on IM and join our party that way.
