With this being an online community, I often see threads that include complaints about ISPs, getting disconnected, junk mail...all that. I work for a really GOOD ISP and am straining to keep from recommending them as an alternative. Would it be against the AUP to mention them?

Agrinerd,

The spirit of the AUP is that we don't want people abusing DG. That's what it is all about.

If you see a real problem that someone is having, and you know your ISP can solve their problem, let them know about the company!

On the other hand, don't post a thread specifically to market the company. :) I hope this helps clear things up.

You could put your employer's website on your DG member page under favorite links, too. That wouldn't be pushing it, and anyone who saw your page would see the link. :)
