Help for Traveler's Palm

Will this palm grow back if some idiot cuts off all it's fronds? The idiot was me and the plant was my son's! It was growing against the screen around the swimming pool, so I trimmed it. My daughter said I should have cut the little ones growing against the base and left the big one alone. I need to tell my son something before he comes home next week and sees it. HELP!!!!

I don't know for certain, but if the plant was healthy to begin with, I think it will come back as long as the "heart" wasn't damaged. That is, if you cut each leaf off individually, life is good, but if you lopped off the stem, maybe not so good.

Thanks KELLI. I cut each leaf individually and left the stalk in an inverted V, just as they grew. I left the two healthy "babies" at the base alone, thinking I would encourage one to grow and take all the other stuff out later. I think I better stick to my little container garden!
