Can someone point me in the direction of the best and easiest photo storage online site that is free? Sure would appreciate it. Thanks.

Photo Storage online????
Hi, I will mention 4 I use/have used, with no complaints.
Epson http://photo.epson.com
Sony http://www.imagestation.com
Kodak http://ofoto.com
These above are associated with leaders in the field, and I doubt they will drop the free service, as they need the exposure.
Another interesting one is Grovestreet http://www.grovestreet.com
I have been using this site for a few years now, with no regrets. Actually I prefer it.
Make a list of what you want the storage site to do for you.
There are many others to look into. Many open as free, and soon after start a yearly fee, which means, do you pay the fee, or look around once again?
The above 4, to me, are stable and free. It is just that they have different features you may need, or not find easy to use.
Or as I do, use them all to find what you are looking for.

Thanks so much. I'll sure look into them. I appreciate your help.
Hi Brugie, try http://www.photobucket.com
Picture linking for Ebay, auctions. and classifieds at Photobucket is a great feature. Most sites frown on commercial use of their sites.
I like shutterfly...

Thanks Everyone. I'm checking them out right now.
I knew there'd been a discussion of this in the Camera Talk forum recently -- here you go: http://davesgarden.com/t/394626/
You all are keeping me busy just checking these all out. LOL!! Thanks Kimberly.
Thanks Dori. Will go check your pictures out right now.
Hey Dori, those are some really nice pictures. Thanks for sharing.
i think you are all nutters to give your images to someone else. I used to do the same until the company changed hands and made some changes. They wanted money to return my images to me.
Mark, I got stung as you did with the company. Can't remember their name. Everybody was signed up with them at one time. Epson finally bought them out. And is using their format.
A lot start out free, hoping to make it on advertising money. Then a small fee is asked for. Then pay for the photos or else.
It is a good idea to use 2 or 3 sites just in case. Plus it is a good way to know which is preferable.
Mark, do you remember the name of the one that closed?
It has bugged me since I saw this thread and I cant remember.
why dont you create your own web sites? Dont your email providers give you free web space?
Hiya Brugie,

Good luck,

Thanks everyone, for your help with sites. I think I have enough to choose from now. I'm not concerned about putting my flower pictures online. If someone wants them, they can have them. Besides, they can be taken from websites just as easily.
not as easy but more of a hassle to the thief if you have a no right click program embedded in each image.
