2 changes to our Acceptable Use Policy

From time to time, I have to add or correct the AUP on this site. Today is such a day:

Firstly, this one has been planned for a while: I changed paragraph 8:

"Owners and agents of commercial organizations" becomes "Members".

Also, with regards to the recently passed "Spam Directive" law in the United Kingdom, I added paragraph 12, and moved the other two paragraphs down to 13 and 14.

That's it! :)

dont know about it being a UK thing to ban spam originating from all EU countries but whoever did it needs a good ole hand shake

dave, did the thread about unwanted spam get deleted? there was a comment there by christmascactus i was trying to pull up, but it keeps telling me i'm not a paid member? i keep logging in and trying to go back, but i can't.
