Save Your Used Christmas Stamps

I will trade used postage stamps for seeds. I use the stamps in my stamp collection and use the duplicates for craft projects. I will trade 20 stamps for seeds. I have some items in my trade list now and will have more as time goes by. E-mail me when you are ready to trade.

The stamps don't have to be Christmas stamps, but since people get the most stamped mail at Christmas time, I thought I would post this message now.

This is what I want.
*U.S. postage stamps (any denomination, any type)
*common or uncommon, it doesn't matter. In fact, I really like the 37 cent U.S. flag stamp. The bold colors look good.
*foreign postage stamps
*used stamps or unused stamps (you might have some odd denominations laying around that you have no use for)
*duplicates are o.k.

What I DON'T want.
*those postage meter stickers that you sometimes get when you mail something from the post office
*postage that is printed on the envelope
*Christmas seals and other stickers that are not postage
*torn or cut stamps
*stamps that have been peeled thin

Carefully cut the envelope around the stamp. Leaving a border of about 1/4 inch around the stamp is good. If you feel you must remove the stamp from the paper, soak it in water. Peeling the dry stamp can sometimes damage the stamp.

Kelli..my Mom collected stamps. When she died I got a small cloissnaise(SP?) box that had a few stamps in it. You are most welcome to them. I'll also start saving others for you.

Kelli, seeds arrived today! Thanks very much! boy, I just can't wait to get planting this year. I also just got 2 hosta and 3 castor bean seeds too, so I'm excited!!!!
