we surprised him with pizza, cake, ice cream and the scoopy doo movie he wanted. the cashiers at the corner store know him well now so i told them it was his birthday. when he went for his daily pepsi and paper the all told him happy birthday. unfortunately his own 2 brothers never called, sent a card or anything. I was not surprised but had hoped they would remember. he was 67 today. his emphysema is slowly getting worse. but all in all he is doing well. i thought maybe some of you could wish him birthday greetings here and i would print them for him. i should have thought of this sooner but things have really been hectic and i just simply forgot. thanks.
