Yes, I'm totally seduced by some of the French named old roses. I do check that they have scent etc before I buy - but cannot resist eg Celine Forestier, du Maitre d'Ecole (Jenny Duval), Madame Pierre Oger, Fantin Latour, Ferdinand Pichard, Madame Alfred Carriere........

Yes. My seven month old granddaughter is named "Isabelle." I have bought Siberian Iris "Isabelle" for her, and Brugmansia "Isabella."

Awwww, look at her! I haven't bought anything for the name, but when I worked at J&P, we had many calls from people wanting roses and other plants because of their names (especially those which commemorated well-known people like Princes Di, Billy Graham, etc.).

Sneeriously I have been getting some named Elizabeth for my granddaughters garden! Cuz shes my dolly baby!

hesperus, she took almost an entire card of pics. Kelli not trying to hijack your thread I was thinking about that the otherday with the Ceasars brother cuz my DH name is Cesar and then need to find an Isabelle a Jessica and a Daniel too.lol
