Copied terms from DG Garden Terms

I was playing with Google and decided to see what pops up under a search for Zanymuse. This came up in the search. http://www.distinctivepine.com/

it is a direct quote from this site. They did credit Zanymuse but made no mention of DG which is the only place they could have gotten it.

Very odd, but I'll let Dave decide what he wants to do :)

I thought it was kind of flattering to be quoted but wished they had given DG credit.

They didn't ask permission to use it, so they need to either remove it or give full attribution.

Do you want me to email them, or would you (Terry or Zanymuse) prefer to?

LOL Then I vote for Terry! I think they want to do the right thing or they wouldn't have used my name either.

Wonder if the people are subscribers here or if they just found the definition through some other search. A reverse search on the business phone number brought up their name. There is a member from their city, but that doesn't mean anything.

Alrighty then. Even though he still calls me Vols (*grin*), I wrote to them a few minutes ago. Dave, I bcc'd you on the email and sent a copy of it to Zany :)

Thanks Terry. That sounds like it should take care of it and gives them the option of using it with proper credits.

it's still there
