I found this today and thought it would be useful for reference.

temperature conversion
That is a great chart to have. My soon to be daughter-in-law lives in Bellarus, and we email back and forth. I wrote to her that it was really nice out - about 70 degrees - a couple weeks ago. I didn't realise she uses celcius. She must have wondered how I garden in the cold and snow !
Where is Bellarus?
That is a very useful reference Chart. Thanks Mark for sharing.
Dinu I have a reply about your unwanted guests. I'll send it later
Mark - Bellarus is a little country next to Poland. It was established when the Soviet Union broke up. I had never heard of it either, until my oldest son began dating Lara. By the way, my youngest son pointed out that I didn't read the temperature chart correctly. (These young whipper snappers are so smart !) If I said it was 70 degress here, Lara would think it was 140 degrees !
well you learn summat new everyday
Actually it's Belarus with one L ;) Down south from Finland, between Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Lithuania and Latvia. I wish I can someday visit there, it's not the best country for a tourist yet, so it could be interesting.

Evert thanks very much for the map. I never knew that the Czech Republic was beside Germany.
Do you have geography in school there? :0
yes but I sat at the back of the class chewing gum. LOL
We were only taught UK Geography.
where are you in relation to the rest of your country?
I see. We are being taught geography of all continents, but mainly Finland and Europe of course.
What do you mean? Where is Espoo on the map of Finland? I'm right next to Helsinki, although our city is not shown on the map.
This is the conversion site I use.....has weight, length, mass, temp, etc. Just choose your measurement unit from the drop down list and then enter the unit you do know and it converts to more measurement units than I knew existed!
