Adding Plants Database entry to Personal Journal?

I'm new here and so may have missed this.

Is there a way to add an entry from the Plants Database to our Journal so that it can be added to our trade/wants list?

If not; Please consider adding it?

I meant a clickable option to automatically copy an entry to our Journal.
