SO very angry.

I was banned tonight from Aquabid chat.
Some guy came into the chatroom,saw my name and started calling me (a worthless native welfare moocher....along with ALOT of other things I can NOT repeat on this forum.)

After about four of these horrible insults I got very angry and called him a name (slurr) and said a few curse words...NOTHING like what he was saying.I am not saying I was right to get mad, but it truly caught me off guard.
No one attacks my people witout some "payback" from me.

So the wonderful person on Aquabid BANNED me.
Me, I have never caused problems online before.
I am nice to people that derserve it.
(that being most people)

I formally apologized on the forums there.
This is going to look bad on me as a seller I'm afriad.
I am just a new member there with no clout, and the woman that banned me has had many auctions. (ive only closed one the week I've been registered.)

One woman sticks her nose in my business, (when I am attacked it is MY business.) and I pay pretty badly for it.
It's a real shame because I am one seller that wouldnt give Aquabid a bad name.I am honest, work hard and have supreme stock with 100% money back guarantees.

Guess standing up for your family is a bad thing now a days?

You have my complete sympathy. I've shot myself in the foot too often not to identify. I suffer from the inability to engage brain before putting the mouth in gear and then I regret it later. I can't undo history, only learn from it. Blaming someone else will not make me grow. Owning my part is the humble act that sets me free from resentments and restores my peace. There are a lot of ignorant and biased people out there and my getting angry will not change them, it will only rob me of my serenity. When someone lays nasty negative comments at my doorstep I try to respond by saying, 'Thank you for letting me know the kind of person you are. Have a good day.' and walk away. I say things on the spur of the moment that on second thought I wouldn't have (at least in those terms). I would hope the person that started this is tossed for good. Sometimes one just has to sleep on it, and then consider if the response is worth it (at least in strong terms). The people you met on the chatroom will regard the source, and should have come to your defense. Difference of opinion is fine, but not when it becomes personal. There is NEVER an exception.

Guys, you've gotta get a grip..these chat room people are not standing in your face with these verbal tales...hit the delet button...don't respond..or stay otta chat rooms when they get trashy.

The person who started this is still on the chat and got what he/she wanted, and you gave it to him...you were the only one who lost.

Many times I have been tempted to comment but held my "fingers" and the perpetrater finally went away.
Remember you don't know these people, they don't know you and they certanily could never be your friend or they wouldn't have said such uglyness in the first place. Most of them are just spoiling for a fight anyway, they feed off such things.

So ask yourself "What did you gain by responding and bringing yourself down to there level". Remember that you are a better person than this.

And it never fails the first time you do something like this maybe the only time, you get caught. Then you really are kicking yourself for being so....uh, whats the word....Dumb...Go ahead and finish fumming but don't let them do this to you again.

I can say this because until I leared this lesson I to was guilty........... Laugh about it now and go on...we never stop learning even at our own expence....... LOL.... :o)

In my opinion chat rooms are worthless. I even tried DG last evening. I did not know one person, and the chat was scattered all over the place. If I want to chatter, I mean scatter, I will go out and rake my rustic composting area of leaves and twigs.

I think chat rooms are worthless too, with the only two that I ever participate in being Dave's Garden and the Lily Auction Chatroom.

And I haven't been to either one of them in a LOOOONG time.

That chatroom is where we close deals/set up alot of deals with the others on Aquabid.Alot of deals are made there.I was even asked twice by two people to get my hands on 200 fish they wanted to buy.(that would have been a nice chunk of change in my pocket,lol.)
Oh well,lol, live and learn and tape your mouth..er fingers shut before typing! lol. ( i got alot of emails from the aquabidders begging me not to leave LOL! ) Ciao guys!
