It's funny you say that...my husband says the same thing as I'm very impatient too lol...Ive been married since '92 and always rented. :-( But, Oh happy day and by the Grace of God, I now am in a home we're buying. I love it!!!! I want alot of color in my yard. The thing about it is my garden will have to be mostly in the backyard as my front I dont want to overcrowd, it's small. It has alot of potential for some really pretty things. I'd love to have flowers to attract butterflys and hummingbirds. Alot of Dogwood trees!!!! I have alot of gardenia's my family and church friends donated along with hybiscus from my mother and I'm trying my hand at trying to propagate some heirlooms. I just need some help in learning how. **sigh** It's great hearing from you and hopefully this is the beginning of a special relationship! Now you know why the "Gabby" on my nic LOL!! Annabelle ,yes I do. I've only been in my house 3 yrs. so you know what it's like to start from scratch. Before that, we lived in a mobile home til we could afford to build our house. I have a few seeds if youre interested. Have tithonia, old- fashioned petunia, blue morning glory, blk. eyed susie vine and a few more if I can figure out when and how to harvest them correctly. Just post or email and let me know!!!

Cool!!!! I would definetely be interested!!!!! My email, well you have this already. Do you want me to email my address? I have some salvia (ruby red, purple and a orangish red), are you familiar with the Conferate Rose? I have alot of these seeds also. I'll be gathering more as the season goes into fall. Berry girl Are you talking about rose of sharon or the true confedrate rose that starts off white then deep pink and then fades to light pink? If so I have some rooted but it will be about a week before I can mail them out

Hi Springsong!!! I sent her some seeds of the true confederate rose. You can send yours to her as well if she'd like :-) She already had the rose of sharon I believe she said, but you'll have to wait for her to answer that for sure. :-)

Turns out, I'm not on Yahoo much either. I went there and added a couple of friends but they were never on when I was sooooooooooooooooo lol hence, I dont frequent yahoo much at all now. :-(

Springsong, I'm talking about the true confederate rose. I have rose of sharon. Aren't similar plant names sooo confusing? Espec. to a newbie like me who only knows what my granny used to call a particular plant. Don't laugh, but I only found out a few yrs. ago that the flower I was desperately searching for that my granny called old maids was zinnia which you can get anywhere!!!

Okay berry girl I have loads of confederate roses rooted but it will be a week before i can get you some out
