What are the white flowering plants (weeds..? wildflowers..??)that are blooming in the fields,
grasslands now.? I havent had a chance to look at them closely, they are about 2 ft. tall..

Sorry, should have added that this is in the north Texas area.

I looked @ all those white wildflowers & noticed that there was no gaura.
If this looks something like what you are seeing, I'll give you more details.

I found out what they are today..from TARogers @ the Texoma round-up..they are Snow on the Mountain....
