Change in how companies are rated?

Heads up, Dave. I was looking at the latest Garden Watchdog ratings, and something is out of kilter. Gilbert H. Wild and Son has a red x next to its name indicating a negative rating, but the breakdown of ratings for this company are 46 positives, 4 neutrals, and 15 negatives - hardly deserving of a negative rating. This ought to put them in the Top 20 or thereabouts with a +31 rating based on the previous rating scheme.

Additionally, Teas Nursery and Thompson and Morgan should be neutral and positive, respectively based on how companies were previously rated, but they also have a big red x next to their names.

If I were Gilbert, I'd be a tad on the upset side if I happened to see this.......

Yes, I have a high priority to fix the ratings on the watchdog once and for all. I got a little sidetracked with other DG work...

This is the next thing I'll be doing.

I agree Gilbert's shouldn't have a negative overall score, but on the other hand, a company with negative feedback 23% of the time (15 out of 65 ratings) probably shouldn't be considered on par with the Top 20 companies either; a quick rundown of their ratings tells a story of how they "make the grade":

I just tried to do an entry for Gilbert H Wild & sons, and couldn't find them in the Watchdog. Guess I should have looked here first. :-)
