LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That beats some of the stuff at disturbingauctions.com! ROTF!
hehee,Oh.:O!
all I can say is... eeewwwww!! LOL
I'm thinking that I have a couple that could resemble that photo after I've worn them gardening for a year or two. Maybe I could convince someone that they came from my ceiling and make some money.
LOL joan!
*agrees with heather* LOL.
ROFLOL she has bids up to $121.00 on that icky thing! And since all bids are real on ebay, someone is gonna actually get it!
OMG I do NOT believe it. someone is actually going to pay $121 for that!!!! I have seen it all now :O
LOL, imma put sumpin gross on there someday, just to see!
Maybe an old snot rag,LOL.
And the bidders have high scores (I would have expected kids with fake accounts who bid on things and didn't pay. This is weird!
Just goes to show you, people with money will buy ANYTHING! hahaha
Definitely Different! Denise
Bet the seller is right good larffffff!!!!! unbelievable!
There is actually a market for used undergarments. Yuck.
Hey!!! Boy was that a wild party! I wondered where that bra went to! LOL-JK
Did you see how high the bidding is going ? Is this for real ?
It could be, yes. eBay has a pretty unsavory adult area where all kinds of stuff is sold, including the aforementioned. I think the only reason they haven't put this auction there is, he hasn't made any overtly sexual references to it. eBay is a mixed bag, that's for sure!
I'm still trying to decide which has me more amazed... that someone would THINK to try to sell something like that, or that people would actually WANT to buy something like that...
Hmmm, maybe I should start doing some dumpster diving to find things to sell on ebay...
hehehe heather, if we join forces we can have a booming business of broken, smelly stuff. LOL!!!!
LOL Reminds me of the time I was manager of an A&P store and Bobbie, my wife, came to the store and went to my office and found a bra on the floor. Well the only thing that saved me was the fact that it still had the price tag on it. My office was in the back room on the way to the rest room and I had been watching a woman that I thought was shoplifting earlier and she must have gotten suspicious that I was watching her and dumped some things as she went to the rest room. WELL NOW BOBBIE BELIEVED IT AND I SEE NO REASON FOR YA'LL NOT TO.
goodness sakes! now i believe ebay does have everything!!
shaking head!
crimson, if they'll buy it, I'm sure I can find it!
let's see... have some of DH's dirty, smelly socks upstairs, and I saw a broken desk swing arm lamp in the dumpster when I took the trash out earlier... I'm thinking maybe an aromatic sock mobile?? think I'd have some takers? LOL
Down to 51 dollars. Look at all of those retractions. Very strange - I have to assume this person is collaborating with friends as a joke here.
One of the feedbacks on the high bidder says "BTDT made a poor student very rich. A very generous buyer! Enjoy the paste :-)"
Enjoy the paste?? Too bad it's an old auction so we can't see what he bought, LOL.
Oh, and another bidder sells vintage clothing: http://cgi6.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewSellersOtherItems&userid=vintagelova1&completed=0&sort=3&since=-1
It makes sense for the latter to be bidding, at least!

Of all the stupidity out there this has got to "Take the Cake"..........I wonder what's in my trash can I can put on E-BAY and make a KILLIN with.......I guess the ole saying of a FOOL AND HIS MONEY....is true......yep, I'm looking in my trash can.....broken shoe, half dozen used toothpicks, here we go couple of split down the middle T-Shirts..... I could say they fell outta my celing too......People yall better get busy, your throwing away a fortune and don't know it.............:o(
Over in the computer section people regularly list -- and sell -- stuff that says "doesn't work" and "AS-IS" -- yet some of it goes up to the same bidding price as the same merchandise sold "tested and guaranteed not DOA" and "guaranteed 30 days". And people pay more for eBay listings than they can buy it for *new* direct from the manufacturer, sometimes!
$100.93? It must be worth a lot more than that. I think will bid $150.
What gets me is that the way Ebay rates buyers and sellers a bid retraction can and often is held against you. So the folks who bid as a joke and then retract it are actually harming their ratings. And If the seller has friends purchase (but not really pay) it they still have to pay ebay's fee even if they do not really collect any funds on it. At least that is the way I understand it to work.
That's exactly how it works. Someone still has to pay the listing and final value fees. The seller could always cancel the auction at the last minute, but he'd still have the listing fees. They're pretty negligible on an item with a low starting bid, however.
Now I AM laughing! (And my face is more than a little red) I didn't read this post until just now and after I had posted the very same link tonight!
This Gross Bra thing is making the rounds in an e-mail forward. My SIL knows I hate e-mail forwards, but she also knows the kinds of things that will tickle my funny bone, so she sends those to me.
