How to unwatch a thread

When there has been a recent post to a thread I am watching, I am given an option to "unwatch" the thread. I do not see this option, to delete a thread from my watch list, if there is not a new post. Can you tell me how this is done?

You can choose to unwatch a thread just by going to the thread you are watching and clicking on "Unwatch Thread" (where it usually says "Watch Thread") but from your member page you can see all of the ones you are watching.

go to your member page (click on member page in the right menu under About You:)

Click on
View the threads you are "watching".

choose the thread from the list and click on "unwatch thread" at the top of the page
