Copy/Move Journal to Trade Lists

Is there a way to Copy and/or Move items from the Journal to the Trade List?

Sundry & I had a rather lengthy discussion on this subject a while back but Dave never weighed in on it. I still would like to see it......how 'bout it Dave? Maybe put it on a future "nice to do" list??

You access the copy feature by doing this:

From your tradelist, click to View the item. Then, click on "Copy this item to your journal." Then select the journal. Then select the category. Easy as DG! ;-)

Now, if we could copy the other way around, from journal to trade list. Or can we, and I don't see it?

Yep Dave, copying in the other direction would be very nice. Got most of my stuff in the Journal and not in the Trade List and I'm too lazy to reenter everything :).

Copying in the other direction is already there, actually. It works the same way. View the item, click on "Copy to journal".

Dave, maybe I'm having a blond moment, but I can't see how to copy from the journal to the trade list.

LOL maybe I have also a blonde moment, though i do think that there is not enough of blonde hair left on my head to effect my thought patterns "anymore".
Agree with Cheri, can't seem to find the copy option in journal. There is move to another Journal or Category but no copy to Trade List.

Finally decided to work on my trade list/ journal and almost forgot about this new feature. What a difference it makes! this is so much easier and faster.
