?? regarding Garden terms pages

Dave have been wondering about this for awhile and hope I can explain this right. When one goes to the Garden terms pages and searches through the list and then realizes that there is a term that is not on the list and wishes to add one.........
Can you make the add new term on other pages? As it is right now, you have to keep going back to the beginning or am I just not doing something right? It would be more convenient to have the add new term right there on every page.

Is this something that's feasable?
