Missing Pebble

I sure do miss her, haven't seen a posting from her in a while. Can someone fill me in on her? She must be in Turkey now.

Lisa, go to the Health and Dieting forum, she posted there a couple of times. Yes, she is in Turkey already, and has a little to say about her activities and her new job.

I really miss her in Chat :( Just isn't the same without having her pop in from work, then letting us know what she is making for supper.

Pebble, I miss you! I hope you get a computer at your home soon, we can keep up with you better.

I think it's probably way too expensive there to use it like we use it here, and she is just starting a new job so would probably not have a lot of time to play. Maybe when she gets things well underway, she will be here more. I hope so. I knew I would feel this way and secretly hoped she wouldn't go, but it sure sounds like she is enjoying it.

I had a postcard from her yesterday and she says to give everyone her love.

awwww you guys....i miss you all too. really believe me, i always think, i should mention this to my grdening friends, oh they would get a kick out of this etc etc., but as someone mentioned, it is very expensive here the internet - and when i do get on, i get bumped off so often that it gets very frustrating. I have taken to writing letters by hand and mailing them snail mail....Also, we have not recvd our househould goods, so no computer at home yet, and i dont know when we will get connection.
I miss you all more than you can imagine.
When i heard about the power outtage, my friend was misinformed because we had a news blackout - so she assumed the worst and said that there was a catastrophic thing going on in the us, and i was so scared, for all of my gardening friends, who have become more than just gardeining buddies.

I wish i could be on for hours like I use to, believe me when there was a day that i read almost every single post in a dozen forums. now, it takes too long to open them, it is frustrating. I miss out on so much that is going on...
Hoping that i will be more regular when we have internet at home....
i even went to an internet cafe - geeezzz that was slower than what it is in the pharmacy....

Pebble, it's so good to see this post! God bless you and your dear family, and may you soon find a way to be on-line more often, and for a reasonable price. I completely understand your frustration. All of our thoughts and prayers are with you and your loved ones.

I sure hope you get your household items soon. Hopefully you will get on with better service at home so you can spend more time telling us all about your new home and keep us informed on how you and the family are settling in! You are missed here a great deal!
